Siwan Crime News: According to media reports, a horrifying crime has stirred intense public outrage in Bihar’s Siwan district, raising severe questions over law enforcement and public safety.
On Saturday, two young girls were allegedly abducted in broad daylight from a location situated merely 500 meters away from the local police station.
One of the victims was subsequently subjected to sexual violence inside a moving vehicle before both were dumped on the roadside by the perpetrators.
The incident took place under the jurisdiction of the Mahadeva Police Station, near the premises of VM High School ground, sparking widespread concerns regarding daytime security and police patrolling efficiency in the city.
Daytime Abduction Near Mahadeva Police Station
As reported by local news outlets, the victim had gone to the VM High School ground accompanied by her cousin. While they were at the location, a Scorpio vehicle approached them and stopped abruptly.
Two unidentified men reportedly exited the SUV, overpowered the two girls, and forcibly bundled them into the back seat of the moving vehicle.
The abduction occurred during broad daylight, approximately half a kilometer from the Mahadeva Police Station, illustrating a brazen disregard for police presence in the immediate vicinity.
Assault in Moving Vehicle and Medical Emergency
Siwan Crime News: According to victim statements and media reports, the assailants began physically overpowering both girls inside the moving vehicle shortly after the kidnapping.
As the vehicle covered some distance, one of the girls was subjected to severe physical violence and rape.
Due to the brutal nature of the assault and the physical resistance put up by the victim, she lost consciousness inside the vehicle. The perpetrators subsequently pulled over to a deserted stretch of road, dumped both girls, and fled the scene.
When the younger cousin regained consciousness, she immediately dialed the emergency helpline (Dial-112) to alert law enforcement.
Responding promptly to the distress call, a police unit arrived at the spot, secured the area, and rushed both victims to the Siwan Sadar Hospital for urgent medical evaluation and treatment.
Medical Report Highlights Severe Injuries
According to the on-duty medical staff at Sadar Hospital, the primary victim sustained extensive internal injuries and trauma during the violent assault.
Doctors reported that the victim had suffered heavy physical resistance injuries across her body, indicating a strong attempt to fight off her attackers.
To manage severe internal bleeding resulting from the physical trauma, medical personnel had to perform emergency procedures and administer sutures.
Medical officials confirmed that while the victim’s physical condition remains fragile and requires continuous clinical observation, her vital parameters are currently stable, and she is undergoing specialized care in the hospital’s acute ward.
