On Friday, June 7, Chirag Paswan expressed his unequivocal support for PM Modi as the leader of the NDA parliamentary party. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh proposed Modi’s name, which received unanimous backing from all NDA parties, including notable leaders like Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and TDP supremo Chandrababu Naidu.

It is not a common thing that for the third consecutive time, NDA has got such a big victory under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi ji. It is because of you that today all the people of the country proudly say in the world that India has become the fifth largest economy in the world today and is moving ahead rapidly. The public and we have full faith in you.”
Modi’s Vision for a Developed India
Chirag Paswan emphasized Modi’s vision and determination to transform India into a developed nation. He remarked, “Only Prime Minister Narendra Modi has the will to make India developed. The way Chirag praises PM Modi, it seems that he is Modi’s biggest fan and considers him his everything. Commenting on PM Modi’s willpower, he said, ‘Only you have the willpower to bridge the gap between villages and cities. Only you have the willpower to bridge the gap between rich and poor. Only you have the willpower to set the goal of making India a developed country by 2047. Only you can take us towards making India a developed country. I and my party support Narendra Modi and his name as the leader of the NDA parliamentary party.'”

Reflecting on his late father and former Union Minister Ram Vilas Paswan, Chirag Paswan concluded his speech with a heartfelt tribute. He recalled his father’s commitment to illuminating the lives of those in darkness, saying, “In the end, I will definitely say that my father and leader Ram Vilas Paswan ji had said that I have come out to light a lamp in that house, which has been dark for centuries. I think you (PM Modi) are the only hope to fulfill this dream, this goal and to bring crores of countrymen out of darkness. I express my gratitude to you for this.”
