The screenshot shows an order of 16 May 2018, in which the customer had ordered Sparks slippers. The next day on 19 May 2018, the order is shipped and its status is ‘Out for Delivery’. At the same time, the expected date of order delivery is also visible in the screenshot as 20 May 2018.

The app always gives a message that the order will arrive today

According to the Hindustan Times (HT) report, Ahsan said that the slippers ordered 6 years ago never arrived, but the app always gave a message that the order will arrive today. Till date, the message of ‘coming today’ comes. Ahsan said that I was surprised when they called for a 6-year-old order.

On the previous day, i.e. 26 June, Ahsan Kharbai told HT that recently I clicked on this order to see what appears? And then yesterday I got a call from Flipkart asking what problem I am facing with that order. The customer service representative told me that I did not get any call from the logistics team? And he ended the call saying – Sir, we are very sorry for this.

The Flipkart order was cash-on delivery

Ahsan said that the order was in cash-on delivery, so nothing further was done on this matter. He claimed that there is no option to cancel the order in the app. Ahsan says that I just want Flipkart to close that order, because whenever I open my Flipkart order section, this is the first order that I see.

Another X user said- the order is out for delivery since 2015

A user named Krish Rao replied to Ahsan Kharbai’s post and said that his order is also out for delivery since 2015. At the same time, people are also liking and re-posting Ahsan Kharbai’s post. His post has been viewed more than 1.3 lakh times.
