What is the reason behind the early periods?
To know the reason behind this, research was done on more than 71000 women in America, in which it was found that most of the girls are not even getting regular periods. Due to these irregular periods, many problems like Polycystic Ovary Syndrome or PCOS are occurring. This research also states that due to early periods, they are at risk of heart disease, obesity, miscarriage, and early death. According to research, the biggest reason for this is stress. Apart from this, chemicals and beauty products spread badly in the environment and also play an important role in the early arrival of periods.
What should parents do?
According to the researcher, parents should ensure that their child takes a nutritious diet that is rich in fruits and vegetables. Taking a complete diet helps in reducing the risk of early puberty. Along with this, getting good sleep is also very important. Parents should ensure that their children exercise. By doing this, they can reduce this risk. Along with this, they should always keep themselves and their children ready for such a situation so that they do not panic in this situation and can handle it.
