Maggi maker Nestle India’s profit in the first quarter of FY 2024-25 has increased by 7% year-on-year (YoY) to Rs 746 crore. In the same quarter a year ago (Q1FY24), the company had a profit of Rs 698 crore.
After the result, Nestle’s stock closed down 2.50% at Rs 2,477. In the last one year, the stock has risen only 8.81%. Today (July 25), the company has released the results for the first quarter (April-June) of FY 2024-25.
Revenue increased by 3.33% to Rs 4,813.95 crore
Revenue from operations of Nestle India increased by 3.33% on an annual basis. The revenue from operations in the first quarter of FY25 stood at Rs 4,813.95 crore. The revenue in the first quarter of FY24 was ₹4,658.53 crore in the same quarter a year ago.
Nestle: The company’s total income increased by 3.65%
In the first quarter, the company’s total income grew by 3.65% on an annual basis (YoY) to Rs 4,853 crore, as against Rs 4,682 crore in the same quarter last year. On the other hand, the company’s total income has decreased by 8.33% on a quarterly basis.
