Sushma Swaraj went to Pakistan in 2015

India’s former Foreign Minister Sushma Swaraj went to Pakistan in 2015. She went to Islamabad in December 2015 to talk about Afghanistan in a special meeting.

This time Pakistan is hosting the SCO Council of Heads of Government Summit on 15 and 16 October. The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) said that an important meeting called SCO CHG is held every year. Trade and money matters are discussed in this meeting. He said that S. Jaishankar will represent India in this meeting. India is very actively involved in the SCO and works on different projects and ideas with other countries of this group.

People kept listening to him

S Jaishankar said such a thing to Pakistan and China in front of 8 countries present there during the SCO Summit that the whole world just kept listening to his words.

He said that “If cross-border activities promote terrorism and extremism, then it will not be possible to promote trade and connectivity.” Jaishankar spoke of the SCO charter, saying cooperation will only succeed if it is based on mutual respect and sovereign equality. He also commented on China’s Belt and Road initiative without naming it, saying “one-sided connectivity will not be tolerated.” His message through this was clear that India will not tolerate any kind of terrorism.
