The IPO of Enviro Infra Engineers Limited will open on November 22. Investors will be able to bid for this public issue till November 26. On November 29, the company’s shares will be listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE).
The size of this issue is Rs 650.43 crore. The company plans to issue a total of 4,39,48,000 shares. This includes a fresh issue of 3,86,80,000 new shares, while the promoters will sell 52,68,000 shares. The face value of each share has been fixed at ₹ 10.

These include meeting its daily needs, investing in EIEL Mathura Infra Engineers Private Limited, and building a 60 MLD sewage treatment plant in Mathura. Enviro Infra Engineers Limited (EIEL) designs, constructs, operates, and maintains water and wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs) and water supply scheme projects (WSSPs). This work is mostly done for government institutions.
The company’s WWTP comprises sewage treatment plants (STP), sewerage schemes (SS), and common effluent treatment plants (CETP). In contrast, WSSP comprises water treatment plants (WTP), pumping stations, and pipelines for water supply.
