The loss due to the fire in California, Los Angeles US has been estimated to be around Rs 13 lakh crore. According to AccuWeather, a private company providing weather services in the US, the total loss to California due to this fire will be between 135 billion and 150 billion US dollars.
Apart from other things, damage to homes and other buildings has also been included in the assessment of loss. Apart from this, damage to basic infrastructure and long term expenses in rebuilding them are also included. The fire has not been controlled yet, so these figures will increase further.
