Manifesto Focused on Delhi’s Needs: Amit Shah

With just weeks left before the elections, BJP is making every effort to connect with voters. Speaking at the release, Amit Shah stated, “We are here to present the final part of BJP’s manifesto. This is a document based on trust and achievable goals, not false hopes.” Shah emphasized that BJP’s manifesto is built on feedback from all sections of society, including women, youth, and residents of slum areas, ensuring it addresses Delhi’s real needs. Amit Shah’s Sharp Criticism of Kejriwal

Shah did not hold back in his criticism of Arvind Kejriwal, accusing him of failing to deliver on promises. “Kejriwal only makes false promises and then shows up with an innocent face. He said he wouldn’t take a bungalow, yet spent ₹51 crores on its renovation. Delhiites deserve an answer for this,” Shah remarked. He also accused Kejriwal of monetizing spaces like temples, gurudwaras, and schools for profit.

Pollution and Yamuna River Mismanagement Highlighted

Targeting Kejriwal’s environmental policies, Shah questioned his promises regarding the Yamuna River. “You claimed you’d clean the Yamuna so much that you’d take a dip in it. We’re still waiting for you to fulfill that promise,” Shah said. He also criticized Kejriwal for failing to address pollution in Delhi, alleging that apart from holding three press conferences, no concrete steps were taken.

Unfulfilled Promises for Dalits and Education Decline

Highlighting unfulfilled promises, Shah pointed out Kejriwal’s failure to appoint a Dalit Deputy Chief Minister despite being in power for nearly a decade. He also alleged a decline in the number of government schools in Delhi under Kejriwal’s administration. Shah concluded by reminding voters of the pending corruption allegations against Kejriwal, saying, “You claim to be clean, but don’t forget you are out on bail, not acquitted.”
