BAN Vs IND: The Men in Blue are set to travel to Bangladesh in August 2025. India and Bangladesh will face off in a three-match series in the shortest format and three matches in the One Day International form of the game. This tour to Bangladesh will be done after the five-match red ball series in England.
That Test series in England will start in June 2025 and it will go on till 4th August 2025. Then India’s tour of Bangladesh later in this year will start from 17th August 2025 and this white ball series tour will end on Sunday, 31st August 2025. India will start the tour with a three-match series of the ODI format and then both teams will face off in the three-match series of the T20I format.
India last played an ODI series in Bangladesh in 2022. India lost that series under the captaincy of Rohit Sharma. Earlier in 2015 as well, India failed to win the fifty overs series in Bangladesh when MS Dhoni led the team. After two back-to-back ODI series losses in Bangladesh, India will aim to win the ODI series on this tour of 2025.
India has not lost any matches played in the shortest format against Bangladesh and the Men in Blue also have a 100 percent record in the red ball form of the game as well. They have played three T20 International matches against the Bangla Tigers in their own nation and India has won all three of them.
Those three games in the shorter version of the game were played during the 2016 Asia Cup in Bangladesh and that was also the last time India played a T20I match in that country. India won the Asia Cup T20 in 2016 in Bangladesh under the leadership of Mahendra Singh Dhoni. However, India has not played any bilateral series of the shortest format till now in Bangladesh.

- First ODI – Sunday, 17th August 2025 in Sher-e Bangla Stadium in Mirpur, Dhaka
- Second ODI – Wednesday, 20th August 2025 in Sher-e Bangla Stadium in Mirpur, Dhaka
- Third ODI – Saturday, 23rd August 2025 in Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chattogram.

- First T20 International – Tuesday, 26th August 2025 in Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chattogram

- Third T20 International – Sunday, 31st August 2025 in Sher-e Bangla Stadium in Mirpur, Dhaka.
