Now the People’s Representative Court of Bengaluru has taken action against the Finance Minister. In the year 2023, the Electoral Bond Scheme was challenged in the Supreme Court and after hearing the four petitioners and knowing their side, a decision was also given on it. The Supreme Court completely banned the electoral bond scheme, considering it unconstitutional. Let us tell you that the electoral bond was started in the year 2018 and the Supreme Court order against it came in 2024.

Hearing the petition of Janadhikar Sangharsh Parishad, the People’s Representative Court of Bengaluru has ordered the Tilak Nagar Police Station of Bengaluru to register an FIR. JSP co-president Adarsh ​​​​Iyer had approached the 42nd ACMM Court in April 2023 last year in the case of extortion through electoral bonds. Although the hearing of this case has been postponed till October 10 at the moment, but this matter can become an issue against the Union Minister of the country before the assembly elections of some states.
