Alongside this development, the electoral schedule for Jharkhand has been unveiled, outlining voting across four phases for its 14 Lok Sabha seats. Scheduled dates for voting are set as follows: May 13th, May 20th, May 25th, and June 4th.
Reflecting on the previous Lok Sabha elections, Jharkhand’s voting process was similarly organized into four phases. The BJP-AJSU alliance emerged victorious, securing an impressive 12 out of 14 Lok Sabha seats. Despite a significant registered voter count of 90.87 crore, only 61.3 crore voters exercised their right to vote, highlighting the importance of electoral participation.
