KKR Vs RCB: The first match of the Indian Premier League will be played between the two sides, which will play under a new captain this season. In the season-opening encounter, the defending champions, Kolkata Knight Riders, will take on Royal Challengers Bengaluru.

KKR has won three IPL trophies while RCB hasn’t won a single title as of now and that too despite making it to the finals thrice in the tournament. Now Kolkata will be led by the cool and composed Ajinkya Rahane and Bengaluru will also have a new leader, Rajat Patidar.

Last year Gauti was the coach of the Knight Riders team and Shreyas Iyer was the captain when they won their third trophy.
