According to sources, the actor has rented two high-end duplex apartments in Pali Hills, Mumbai. He has taken this apartment from Bollywood’s Bhagnani family. One of these apartments belongs to director Jackie Bhagnani and the other to his sister Deepshikha Deshmukh. But why is Shahrukh leaving his dream home and moving to a rented house. How much is the price of Mannat?
Shahrukh Khan’s bungalow Mannat was originally named Villa Vienna, which was built by Nariman K. Dubash in 1914. Due to its magnificent European architecture, this bungalow has remained a historical heritage for the last hundred years.
Shahrukh Khan saw this bungalow in the Bandstand area during the shooting of the film Yes Boss in 1997 and became crazy about it. Finally, in 2001, he decided to buy it. According to media reports, at that time he bought this property for Rs 13 crore, which has now increased to Rs 200 crore. That is, its value has increased 15 times in 24 years. Shahrukh himself considers this bungalow as his most expensive purchase, and today Mannat is not just his house, but has also become an iconic landmark.

Mannat is a six-storey bungalow, which is spread over 27,000 square feet. It has five bedrooms, a gym, a swimming pool, a library, an office, a terrace and a personal movie theater. This house has been designed by Shahrukh Khan’s wife Gauri Khan in collaboration with architect-designer Kaif Fakih.
