IT Baba
Maha Kumbh 2025:First comes IT Baba, which is becoming viral on social media. His real name is Abhay Singh. He is an alumnus of IIT-Bombay and a former aerospace engineer. Abhay Singh is originally from Haryana and due to experiencing the fight between his parents in childhood, many fears had settled in him. After doing engineering from IIT, when the mind kept wandering, he did a job, sometimes teaching and sometimes going abroad. But when he did not feel like anywhere, he became a sadhu. People like his way of understanding and understanding spirituality through mathematics and science.
Rudraksh Baba-Maha Kumbh 2025
The other one is Rudraksh Baba, who meditates for 12 hours every day wearing a 45 kg Rudraksh crown on his head. His name is Geetanand Maharaj, who wears 1.25 lakh Rudraksh on his head, which weigh 45 kg. Baba told that his parents did not have any child for about 5 years after marriage. Meanwhile, the sanyasis of Shri Shambhu Panchdashnam Awahan Akhara used to come to the village.
The family made a Baba their Guru and took initiation from him. While giving blessings, the Guru had told the parents that you will have to give us a child. A year after this, Geetanand’s parents had their first child. Then Geetanand was born as the second child, and after two years another child was born.
Remembering their promise, the parents gave two and a half year old Geetanand to their Guru. Regarding Rudraksha, Baba says that his resolution was to wear 1.25 lakh Rudrakshas, but devotees kept donating and now this number has reached 2.25 lakhs. Baba wears this crown on his head after taking bath at 5 in the morning and puts it down at 5 in the evening with chanting of mantras.
Ambassador Baba-Maha Kumbh 2025
Maha Kumbh 2025:The third is Ambassador Baba, whose name is Mahant Rajgiri. This sadhu, who is more than 50 years old and belongs to Indore, Madhya Pradesh, has attracted the attention of many people. His specialty is that he eats, sleeps and lives in his 1973 model saffron colored Ambassador car. This car has been his faithful companion for the last 35 years and till now he has participated in four Kumbh Melas.
Kante Wale Baba
Maha Kumbh 2025: Then comes Ramesh Kumar Manjhi, who is known by the name of Kante Wale Baba. He has been lying on thorns for the last 45 years. He says that it is all God’s grace that I have been able to do this for the last 40 to 50 years. He said that he does this because he does not get hurt by these thorns, rather he gets relief. And he donates half of the dakshina he gets from this.
Environment Baba-Maha Kumbh 2025
Acharya Mahamandleshwar Aruna Giri, famous as Environment Baba, has also attracted people’s attention in Maha Kumbh. Since August 2016, Baba has been urging his devotees to plant trees. In 2016, he distributed 27 lakh saplings from Kashmir to Kanyakumari. In a conversation, he said, “My devotees from about 30 countries have pledged to plant more than 1 crore trees in our country. In 2016, during the padayatra from Vaishnodevi to Kanyakumari, we planted trees in about 27 states. Since then, devotees started calling me Paryavaran Baba.
Chhotu Baba
Maha Kumbh 2025: Along with this, recently another baba is being discussed in Kumbh, whose age is 57 years but height is 3 feet i.e. as much as a five to six year old child. Due to his short height, people call him Chhotu Baba. The special thing about him is that he has not bathed for the last thirty-two years due to a resolution.
