New Year 2025: The new year is about to come. In a few hours, the new year will start in the calendar with the change of date. Along with the new year, some rules are also going to change.

New Year 2025: WhatsApp to Stop Working on These Mobile Phones
Starting 2025, WhatsApp will stop working on millions of Android phones. The Meta-owned app is ending support for older Android operating systems i.e. particularly Android 4.4 aka KitKat or earlier.
Starting January 1, WhatsApp will no longer work on devices like the Samsung Galaxy S3, Galaxy Note 2, Galaxy Ace 3, Galaxy S4 mini; HTC One X, One X+, Desire 500, Desire 601; Sony Xperia Z, Xperia SP, Xperia T, Xperia V; LG Optimus G, Nexus 4, G2 mini, L90; and Motorola Moto G, Razr HD, and Moto E 2014.
New Year 2025: Prime Video to Limit Streaming Devices
Starting January 2025, Prime Video will implement device limits. Users will be allowed to stream on a maximum of 5 devices, including up to 2 TVs. This means that if a user wants to stream Prime Video content on more than 2 TVs simultaneously, they will need an additional Prime account. In other words, this change may increase costs for some users.
New Year 2025: UPI Transaction Limit to Increase
The transaction limit for UPI123 will be doubled from January 1. UPI123 is a service that allows feature phone users to make digital transactions. Till now, the transaction limit was ₹5,000, but from January 1, 2025, it will be increased to double.
