On Wednesday (August 14), an encounter is going on between terrorists and security forces in Doda district of Jammu and Kashmir. An army officer Captain Deepak Singh has been martyred in this encounter, this has been confirmed by the Indian Army. However, four terrorists were killed. Let us tell you that the captain who was martyred in Doda was from 48 National Rifles. According to PTI, officials have said that four terrorists are feared to be killed in the encounter. At the same time, the White Knight Corps said that the search for terrorists is going on amid heavy firing. The army had conducted an anti-terror operation in the Doda area. According to the information, 4 blood-soaked bags have been recovered from the place of encounter between the army and the terrorists, which shows that a group of 4 Jaish terrorists has been seriously injured. A search operation has been launched to search for them.
Last month also, there was an encounter between the army and terrorists in Doda district of Jammu. In which an officer and 5 soldiers were seriously injured and they died during treatment in the hospital. According to sources, the security forces had received information that some terrorists were hiding in the forests of Patnitop in Udhampur district of Jammu and Asar in Doda district, after which a search operation was conducted.
The terrorists fled after seeing the soldiers
On the other hand, seeing the security forces coming, the terrorists got nervous and started firing. In response, the security forces also started firing back. After which, seeing themselves surrounded, the terrorist had to immediately vacate that place. In panic, they even left an M4 carbine and some ammunition there and ran away from there.
Defense Minister called a meeting
After the continuous terrorist attacks in Jammu and Kashmir, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh has called a meeting. Where National Security Advisor (NSA) Ajit Doval, Indian Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi, DGMO and many heads of security agencies have participated. According to the information, the purpose of this meeting was to find ways to deal with the terrorist attacks happening in Jammu and Kashmir.
