On the other hand, the voices heard at the metro station are those of Shami Narang and Rini Khanna. Their story is also quite interesting. Shami was an engineering student and while roaming on his college campus he met a foreign engineer, who was testing a microphone.
That engineer asked Shami for help by saying something in that microphone. Shami thought, the white man would not understand my words so he started speaking and his voice impressed the engineer. Later it was found out that the person was a technical director in the United States Information Service. After this Shami Narang got a job in Voice of America and after that, he lent his voice to Doordarshan and many commercials.
