Mukesh Ambani has bought the country’s first Boeing 737 Max 9 for about Rs 1,000 crore. This airplane is counted among the most expensive airplanes in the world.

Before bringing this airplane to India, several of its test flights were done in Switzerland and many types of modifications have been done in it.
For now, Mumbai will soon come to Delhi Airport
On August 28, 2024, this plane was brought from Basel to Delhi. It covered a distance of 6,234 km in 9 hours. Currently, this plane of Mukesh Ambani is parked near the cargo terminal of Delhi Airport. It will be transported to Mumbai soon. Boeing had priced it at $118.5 million i.e. around Rs 980 crore, which does not include the cost of modification. Reports have claimed that Mukesh Ambani has spent more than Rs 1,000 crore on this plane.

Reliance Industries has a total of 10 private jets including this new plane. It includes the Airbus A319 ACJ, which has been in service for 18 years.
