At present, Generation Z and Millennials spend most of their time with social media and technology. Even at night, people fall asleep while using the phone. This damages the brain and affects the melatonin hormone.

Cause of brain fog

According to doctors, brain fog is a condition of confusion, forgetfulness, lack of attention and mental clarity. Which can be caused by overwork, lack of sleep, stress and spending too much time on the computer. Brain fog is believed to be caused by high levels of inflammation and changes in hormones, which determine mood, energy and focus. Unbalanced levels of hormones disrupt the entire system. Apart from this, brain fog syndrome can also be the cause of many diseases like obesity, abnormal menstruation and diabetes.
