Intelligence chiefs from 20 major countries, including the US and UK, will visit India to attend an intelligence conference hosted by India.
The meeting will be chaired by National Security Advisor (NSA) Ajit Doval and is expected to focus on enhancing intelligence sharing mechanisms to combat terrorism and transnational crimes.
Apart from the main conference, NSA Doval will also hold one-on-one meetings with intelligence chiefs of several countries.
Meeting to be Held on March 16
Intelligence chiefs and deputy chiefs of countries like America, Australia, Germany, New Zealand etc. are expected to participate in the meeting to be held in Delhi on March 16.
Prominent attendees include US Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, Canadian intelligence chief Daniel Rogers and Britain’s MI6 chief Richard Moore.
This high-profile meeting has led to speculations that some important meeting might take place, due to which the intelligence chiefs of the world’s most powerful countries are gathering in Delhi.
NSA Ajit Doval & Tulsi Gabbard Set for Key Bilateral Talks

After attending the intelligence conference, Tulsi Gabbard will also address the Raisina Dialogue and hold a bilateral meeting with NSA Ajit Doval.
During meetings with the Indian delegation, Gabbard is expected to discuss the need to enhance Indo-Pacific cooperation between the two countries.
Reports suggest that the US intelligence chief will visit India on March 15 after her visit to Thailand.
Discussions Likely on Russia-Ukraine War and Other Key Issues
The intelligence chiefs are expected to discuss the Russia-Ukraine war, conflicts in West Asia and other global challenges at the meeting.
Strategies to combat cybercrime and digital threats are also likely to be discussed.
During the conference, NSA Ajit Doval will hold one-on-one meetings with his counterparts from several key countries.
