Jaipur Mother Murder Case: Daughter Plots Shocking Murder of Mother for Govt Job and ₹14 Crore Property

Must read

Jaipur Mother Murder Case: A chilling crime that has shaken the conscience of society has emerged from Rajasthan’s capital, Jaipur. According to media reports, a 23-year-old woman allegedly orchestrated the brutal murder of her own widowed mother in the Pratap Nagar area.

Driven by the greed for a compassionate government job (Anukampa Naukri) and ancestral property worth crores, the daughter attempted to disguise the cold-blooded murder as a routine hit-and-run accident.

However, swift police investigation and CCTV footage blew the lid off this horrific conspiracy.

The Background of the Case

Jaipur Mother Murder Case: According to information released by the police and local media sources, the victim, 45-year-old Neeraj Sharma, resided in Ravindra Nagar, Pratap Nagar.

Her husband, Vijay Kumar Sharma, had passed away about a year ago while serving as a Lower Division Clerk (LDC) in the local court.

Following his demise, Neeraj was appointed to the same LDC post on compassionate grounds to support her 16-year-old specially-abled son.

However, police investigations reveal that her daughter, Ayushi Sharma, desperately wanted that government job for herself.

Viewing her mother as the ultimate roadblock to her career and future, Ayushi’s resentment gradually manifested into a deadly criminal plot.

Eyes on a ₹14 Crore Fortune

Jaipur Mother Murder Case: The dispute was not just limited to the government job. Citing police sources, media reports state that Neeraj Sharma owned substantial real estate, including two houses in Jaipur valued at approximately ₹4 crore.

Additionally, she held a prime 5-bigha land parcel along the Bharatpur Highway, estimated to be worth around ₹10 crore.

Ayushi allegedly wanted absolute control over this entire ₹14 crore estate. To execute her plan, she successfully looped in her paternal uncle, Mohan Swaroop, and her cousin, Balram (alias Ravi), into the conspiracy.

A 3-Month Conspiracy and a ₹7 Lakh Contract

According to official statements from DCP (East) Ranjeeta Sharma, the murder was far from a spontaneous crime. The suspects had been meticulously tracking the victim’s movements and planning the execution for nearly three months.

Hiring the Hitmen: Ayushi and her uncle contacted Hemant Sharma (20), a resident of Bayana in Bharatpur.

The ₹7 Lakh Deal: Media reports suggest that Hemant was offered a bounty of ₹7 lakh to eliminate Neeraj Sharma.

The Execution Strategy: After receiving the advance, Hemant recruited four accomplices (Akash, Arvind, Mohit, and Rohit). The gang initially rented a Mahindra Thar for the crime, but when the first attempt failed, they rescheduled the plan and procured a white Scorpio with a Haryana registration plate.

The Horrific Incident: Hit at 130 KM/H

On the evening of July 3, 2026, at around 4:45 PM, Neeraj Sharma was walking back home after dropping her son off at his coaching class. The attackers, who were well-aware of her daily routine, were waiting in ambush.

As Neeraj was walking along the roadside in the Pratap Nagar police station area, the speeding white Scorpio rammed into her from behind.

Police and eyewitness reports estimate the vehicle’s speed was between 120 to 130 km/h. The impact was so severe that she was thrown nearly 100 feet into the air and died instantly on the spot.

How the Clever ‘Hit-and-Run’ Cover-up Unraveled

To prevent identification, the attackers had smeared mud over the Scorpio’s license plates. Immediately after the crash, they abandoned the SUV near Jaipur Chaupati and fled the area on motorcycles.

Initially, local authorities treated the incident as an ordinary case of reckless driving and road accident. However, the trajectory of the investigation shifted entirely when the victim’s brother, Rakesh Kumar Sharma, filed a formal complaint.

Rakesh informed the police that his sister had been living under immense stress and had previously expressed fear for her life from Ayushi, Mohan Swaroop, and Balram over ongoing property disputes.

CCTV Footage Exposes the Truth

Acting on the brother’s suspicion, the police scrutinized CCTV footage from cameras installed around the crime scene. The visual evidence completely shattered the accident theory:

The road was entirely empty, ruling out any emergency swerving or overtaking complications.

The Scorpio intentionally altered its course to target and run over the victim.

Separate footage captured the same Scorpio tailing and conducting surveillance on the woman earlier that day.

Faced with undeniable technical and circumstantial evidence, the police detained Ayushi and her relatives, who subsequently confessed to the crime during interrogation.

Current Directives and Arrests

According to the latest police briefings, seven individuals have been arrested or detained so far, including the mastermind daughter Ayushi Sharma, her uncle Mohan Swaroop, contract killer Hemant Sharma, the driver Akash Sharma, and accomplices Arvind Sharma, Mohit Sharma, and Rohit Jatav.

Meanwhile, Ayushi’s cousin, Balram (alias Ravi), remains at large, and police teams are conducting raids to apprehend him.
