Kanya Pujan Vidhi
Kanya Pujan has great importance in Navratri. It is believed that girls are the form of Maa Durga and by feeding them and serving them, one gets the blessings of Maa Durga. For Kanya Pujan, first wash the feet of the girls with clean water. Then make them sit on a clean seat. After this, prepare a plate of satvik food like kheer, puri, chickpeas, halwa etc. Now offer the plate as bhog. After this, apply tilak to all the girls and tie Raksha Sutra on their wrists. Then feed them. Now put fruits and dakshina in their plate. Finally take their blessings.
