According to media reports and court details, Judicial Magistrate Nidhi Singh issued strict directives to Veer Sahu, restraining him from making any form of contact with Sapna Choudhary until the next scheduled date of the hearing.

The court has explicitly barred Sahu from approaching Sapna’s current residence, her workplace, or creating any disturbances around her.

Details of the Alleged Abuse and Marital Discord

Sapna Choudhary Domestic Violence Case: The internal marital conflict came to light publicly after Sapna moved the Mahila Court alleging continuous marital discord.

According to statements filed through her legal representative, Advocate Preeti Singh, the celebrated performer alleged that she faced multiple instances of physical assault, mistreatment, and domestic harassment during her marriage.

According to the filed petition, the circumstances at her matrimonial residence allegedly deteriorated significantly, compelling her to take her children and move out of the house.

Media reports state that Sapna has temporarily shifted back to her paternal home located in the Najafgarh area of Delhi.

To support her allegations, Sapna’s legal team reportedly submitted various electronic evidences, including video and audio recordings, before the magistrate during the initial hearing.

Security Concerns Over Upcoming Film ‘Momaku’

Sapna Choudhary Domestic Violence Case: A key point raised during the court proceedings revolved around Sapna Choudhary’s professional commitments and personal safety.

Her advocate informed the court that Sapna’s new feature film, titled ‘Momaku‘, is scheduled for an upcoming release and its promotional premiere events are due shortly.

According to media updates, the legal counsel expressed strong apprehensions that Veer Sahu could potentially disrupt these public promotional events or cause scenes at the film’s premiere.

It was argued that such disruptions could directly threaten Sapna’s physical safety and negatively impact her professional obligations. Taking note of these specific apprehensions, the court restricted Sahu from entering her work spheres or venue perimeters.

Administrative Orders to Local Authorities

To ensure the strict implementation of the interim protection order, the Dwarka Court has directed the local authorities to take active charge.

The judicial magistrate ordered the concerned Protection Officer and the local Station House Officer (SHO) of the respective police station to monitor the situation and guarantee that the court’s restrictions are not violated by the respondent.

The court has also strictly noted that the respondent must refrain from any acts of domestic violence or harassment through any medium, including digital communication.

The matter has been listed for further comprehensive arguments and detailed examination on July 25, 2026.
