Challenges Faced by Nepal’s Aviation Sector
Nepal’s aviation sector faces numerous challenges, primarily due to its geographical and technological limitations. All airports in Nepal are surrounded by mountains, making landing and takeoff extremely difficult. Additionally, the lack of updated technology and inadequate safety regulations further exacerbate the risk of accidents. Even a minor pilot error can lead to a major catastrophe. As a result, plane crashes occur frequently in Nepal, highlighting the urgent need for improvements in aviation safety and infrastructure.
