Following the test, Kshama approached the school staff to report the incident, expecting protection and fair mediation. Instead, she was met with shocking hostility.
Assistant teacher Rajendra Kumar Gangwar reportedly refused to listen to her side of the story. Instead of addressing the disruption, the teacher allegedly berated her, drove her away, and in a fit of aggressive anger, grabbed her arm and twisted it violently.

Following the preliminary findings, the Basic Education Department took disciplinary action, placing two staff members under suspension:
