A stabbing incident took place late night in the Karni Vihar area of Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan, in which RSS workers were injured. The incident took place during a religious program going on at the Shiva temple, which was organized on the occasion of Sharad Purnima. Under this program, arrangements were made to distribute kheer prasadi in the temple.
There was a dispute over the land adjacent to the temple, where Naseeb Chaudhary has a big house. Locals allege that Naseeb has illegally occupied the temple land, which is the root of this dispute.
During the religious program, Naseeb Chaudhary reached there with his son Bhishma. There was an altercation between the two sides first, which soon turned into violence. Naseeb and his son attacked several people with a knife, injuring several people. The police took immediate action and arrested Naseeb and Bhishma. Now the locals are demanding the removal of Naseeb’s alleged illegal occupation from the temple land.
Rajyavardhan Rathore met the rss worker injured
As soon as the information about the incident was received, Colonel Rajyavardhan Rathore, Cabinet Minister in the Rajasthan Government, met the injured. Rathore visited the RSS workers in the hospital and took stock of their condition and also talked to the family members. He assured all possible help to the injured and said that strict action will be taken against the culprits.
Rathore also made it clear that those who break the law will not be spared and immediate action will be taken against them. He also questioned the role of the police and stressed that any kind of negligence will not be tolerated in this matter.
BJP MLA Gopal Sharma’s warning
BJP MLA from Civil Lines Gopal Sharma has also reacted strongly to this matter. He said that a big program will be held at the temple in the evening and big action will be taken against the culprits of this incident. Sharma expressed displeasure over the negligence of the police and said that this is not the first time that the police has shown such negligence in the RSS program.
Sharma also said that any police officer who is negligent in this matter will not be spared. He warned the culprits that strict action will be taken against them and it will be ensured that such incidents do not happen in future.
Local people are demanding removal of illegal encroachment
After this incident, the local people have intensified the demand to remove the alleged illegal encroachment of Naseeb Chaudhary on the temple land. They say that the temple land has been illegally occupied for a long time and due to this dispute the situation has become even more serious.
